Kingsley's career spans manufacturing, banking, venturing, information technology and business consulting. He was a financial analyst with the Financial Control Unit of Diamond Bank Limited from where he proceeded to work as a technology consultant in the Process and Solutions Engineering Service Line of Accenture.

At NEXTZON, Kingsley has led several eGovernment and Technology Strategy type projects, including: Development of National eGovernment Business Model and Technology Architecture for a Public Private Partnership arrangement in Nigeria, Implementation of the Statistical Master Plan for the new National Bureau of Statistics (NBS); under the World Bank assisted Economic Reform and Governance Project (ERGP), Reform of the Enugu State Ministry of Lands and Housing, which involved automation of the State Deeds Registry and Land Administration functions. A major outcome of this project is the establishment of the Enugu Land Information Management System (ELIMS).

Kingsley has extensive experience in designing, developing and deploying enterprise business enabling IT solutions in a variety of industries. His experience in the commercial banking space includes evaluation, selection and implementation of banking applications, review, redesign and implementation of business processes, and reviews of Information Technology effectiveness and software intelligence. He was also involved in developing an ePayment strategy for major Nigerian banks and other service organisations and Development of eGovernment Business Plan and Technology Architecture Blueprint for a Public Private Partnership arrangement in Nigeria .

As part of our initial Business Incubation Services, Kingsley was deployed on contract as the Managing Director/CEO of GPS Solution Limited, an IT Solutions and Services Company with focus on providing cost effective technology solutions for public organisations including institutions of learning. Having made a success of that assignment, he was appointed MD/CEO of CFS West Africa , a global service management outfit that provides technology-enabled Integrated Service Quality Information Services (ISQIS) for customer-centric service organisations. He also guides our talents who operate in our ebusiness unit.

Kingsley holds a B.Eng Computer Science and Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu and has attended several local and international training programs on eCommerce and enterprise applications design and deployment.
