Anticipated opportunities in the market place require that we add suitable persons to fill the underlisted positions of:

  1. Principals –  At this job level, candidates are expected to perform the underlisted roles / duties:

  • Provide direction and technical support to teams.
  • Provide technical support for project origination and execution.
  • Guide research and analysis efforts.
  • Manage existing clients and build relationships with new clients.
  • Create simple business cases and financial models.
  • Obtain and share knowledge resources to enhance team performance.

Ideal candidates for the position of Principal should possess a minimum of 4 years relevant hands-on experience in consulting.  Previous practical experience in the banking sector will be an added advantage.

  1. Analysts: - At this job level, candidates are expected to perform the underlisted roles / duties:
  • Perform basic research and analysis
  • Support day-to-day project execution.
  • Ensure adequate follow up on existing clients projects
  • Generate basic project management reports
  • Work with other team members to transform ideas, research findings and insights into tangible value for clients

Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years relevant hands-on experience in consulting. Previous experience in the financial industry will be an added advantage

General Qualifications

•          A first degree: minimum of second class upper (2:1) from a reputable and recognized academic institution.

•          A second degree, MBA, M.Sc, etc. will be an added advantage

•          Practical experience in consulting will be a major determinant

•          Candidates should be highly computer literate.

Remuneration: Very Competitive.

Please note that our preferred candidates must be willing and prepared to travel extensively within Nigeria, as required.
