Mope has about eighteen years accounting and management experience with several organizations in the United Kingdom and United States. She is currently the Head of NEXTZON Business Outsourcers where she has focused on the conceptualization and development of strategies, goals and plans for the Business process outsourcing business. She spearheads the shaping of outsourcing solutions leveraging on her vast experience in project management and process transactional management.

She has also been involved in a number of company setup activities ensuring critical processes and agreed strategies are fully carried out. In addition she provides a growing number of companies critical professional back office support in the areas financial & Performance reporting, process design & HR management.

Notably amongst her achievements to date are the implementation of financial management and performance reporting systems incorporating an innovative “dashboard” visual targeted at Executives of a medical hospital, the successful articulation of cash-flow potentials for a young startup in the edutainment industry which resulted in the facilitation of a sizable line of credit, clarity of financial health for a sizable number of SMEs in the manufacturing, hospitality, ICT, Hospitality, telecoms and the financial industries, Institutionalization of processes for HR and payroll management for a number of businesses.

She recently completed an intensive Outsourcing Master training course organized by the renowned International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) in the United States which gave her a thorough insight into the modalities of providing state-of-the-art end-to-end process for outsourcing success.

Before moving to NEXTZON, she was Head, Audit & Compliance - Non Financial Services in the HEIRS Alliance Group. Her role covered all risk management and performance management areas. She was instrumental in the design and implementation of a risk management centre of excellence structure which comprised a team of experienced risk management managers. She was also instrumental in the building of governance, risk and audit/compliance frameworks for the non financial group members.

Before HEIRS Alliance, she was the Financial Controller, Operations of the Financial Services Authority UK, a regulator of UK financial institutions. Prior to that Mope was with Natwest UK Card Services and HSBC Rail UK as Manager, Finance and Management Accountant respectively. She also worked as a software programmer for Xerox in the United States. Mope's areas of expertise include the formulation and implementation of financial controls, compliance monitoring, capital appraisal and post-project audit and financial analysis for management decisions. She also has a lot of expertise in software implementation.

Mope has a BSc in Sociology from the University of Lagos - Nigeria and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) London. She also has a Diploma in Computer programming - Sigma Claude Honor Student. She is member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals.
