How long has Nextzon been in operation?

Nextzon commenced business in August 2004 but was incorporated in March 2005, operating out of its offices at Plot 33A, Bishop Aboyade Cole Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

What sort of clients has Nextzon worked with?

Nextzon has been engaged by a range of clients covering oil & gas, entertainment, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, transportation, the public sector and many other industries. For more information on our clients, please see our Experience Profile.

How much will Nextzon bill to set up a business?

Our fees are dependent on the complexity of the venture, the revenue-generating capacity and the length of time to set up. In some cases, Nextzon may provide services on a sweat equity basis whereby we work at a negotiated discount fee but receive fully paid equity stake in the business. This fee structure demonstrates our willingness to share risk with our clients and mitigate risk of abandonment.

How does Nextzon obtain funding for start up businesses?

Following the formulation of a detailed business plan, Nextzon will approach prospective organisations to provide funding for the business setup or expansion. These organisations include banks, developmental agencies (such as the World Bank and DFID), venture capitalists and private investors. In addition, Nextzon is currently in the process of finalising an investment club from its pool of fund providers which will make funding available from private investors.

Can Nextzon help me recruit for my business?

Yes. Nextzon provides recruitment services through its Business Process Outsourcing unit. This covers advertising, short listing, assessment testing and candidate selection. To further support our clients, we may second our own staff to your business to enable quick kick off.
